This project consists of construction of a new residential addition. The roof framing will consist of pre-engineered roof trusses by others. Laterally, this building shall be designed with plywood shear walls. Structural calculations for both gravity as well as lateral loads have been performed in compliance with CBC 2022 and ASCE 7-16.
