Raymundo Lozano, PE President, Principle Engineer
Raymundo Lozano serves as president, principal engineer, and co-founder of Raymark Engineering. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in the state of California, specializing in structural design of buildings and non-building structures.
After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, Raymundo began working construction before working full time in structural design. His time working construction proved essential in developing a practical and feasible approach to structural design.
Raymundo began his structural career working primarily on residential and commercial projects. Since 2017 his work has been mostly in the public school sector. Some of the projects include the K-12 campuses at Edwards Air Force Base, the new Preserve Middle School in Chino, CA, as well as several other buildings across Southern California.
Mark Erlendson Vice President, Principal Designer
Mark Erlendson serves as vice president, lead designer/drafter and co-founder of Raymark Engineering. He has 20+ years in the AEC industry, 12 of which, were specifically towards structural engineering. Since 2017 Mark has been structurally working on large public school sector projects as a designer and project manager.
During the first two years of Mark’s career, he worked for his father’s concrete construction company. While working there, he simultaneously pursued an Associates degree in drafting and design, elevating his practical experience with formal education. This dual approach has significantly strengthened his abilities as a structural designer today.
Mark’s passion for drawing and his remarkable skills in computer graphics have played a pivotal role in visualizing innovative solutions for intricate structural challenges.
